Harmony Castings

TPi Arcade, Inc. is a state of the art 50,000 sq. ft. V-Process aluminum foundry. Due to customer requests, we have added permanent and semi-permanent mold capabilities to service our customers. TPi specializes in rapid prototypes and low volume production in V-Process and low volume production in permanent and semi-permanent mold. TPi has serviced industries such as instrumentation, computer, medical, recreational vehicles, heavy equipment and automotive for over 25 years. Orders range from 500 to 15,000 annually.

Metals:
A356 with a T6 or a T51 Heat Treat.

Tolerances:
+/- .015" for the first inch
Add +/- .002" for each additional inch
Add +/- .010 - .030" across parting line

Surface Finish:
300 RMS

Draft Requirements:
3° - 10° degrees depending on length of draw

Minimum Wall Thickness:
.187" for large areas; thinner walls in isolated areas will need to be reviewed

Engineering Support and Quality Control:
TPi offers engineering support for design review and project management

Capabilities:
Hall tilt-pour molding machines capable of producing parts up to 20" x 24" in size. Tools are made from cast iron of H13 tool steel, depending on the application

Lead Time:
Rapid prototypes in 3 weeks utilizing V-Process. Once design is approved, a permanent mold production tool can be ready in 8-10 weeks
