TPi Arcade utilizes Project Engineers dedicated to each and every customer and their programs. TPi’s Project Engineers manage a customer’s program from day one until final shipment to ensure a successful turnkey program.
TPi’s Project Engineers work to ensure precise and punctual coordination and communication between the customer, supply chain, sales representatives and internal personnel. They will also be involved in a final design review prior to project kickoff. Some items for discussion include design for casting, timing and solidification software simulations.
